Shana Wait 3rd & 4th Grade Teacher
I was born in 1958 in Lamar, CO. I went to school all of my elementary and high school years in Wiley, CO. and graduated in 1976. I went to college for 1 ½ years in Lamoni, IA to a little church college called Graceland College. I quit college and married Darrel in April of 1978. In Nov. of 1982 our son Kyle was born. Three years later in 1985 our youngest son Preston was born. I went back to school when Preston started kindergarten. I earned my BA through Regis University in Denver through a program called University Without Walls. I began teaching grades ¾ in August of 1993. I earned a Master’s Degree in May of 2001 from Adams State College in Alamosa, CO. I am currently in my 15th year of teaching. |
