Coantha Johnson
Librarian & Paraprofessional
I was born in Cheyenne, WY in 1980. After two short moves my family settled at the family farm north of Springfield in 1981. My parents still live there today. I attended Springfield schools through elementary and high school, graduating in 1998. After graduation I attended the University of Wyoming for one semester before transferring to the WTAMU in Canyon, TX.
In January of 2000 I met my future husband, Lennie Johnson, and that fall decided to quit school and get married. We were married in February, 2001 and settled here in Campo, CO. We have 2 little girls. Chloe is 5 and in kindergarten and Mallory is 2 and wishes she could go to school too.
In the summer of 2001, the job of librarian came open at the school and I applied. Obviously, I got the job and am currently in my 10th year at Campo School. I now also teach some elementary music, J.H. choir, I am an aide for H.S. math, and do P.E. for those students not involved in sports.
